دور الموارد البشرية في تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة الإقتصادية , دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة سونلغاز بالجلفة

Abstract

إن الهدف الرئيسي لهذه الدراسة هو الوقوف على مدى أهمية الموارد البشرية ودورها في تحقيق أهداف مؤسسة سونلغاز بولاية الجلفة، وتنتمي دراستنا إلى الدراسات الوصفية، وهي دراسات تهدف إلى اكتشاف الوقائع، ووصف الظواهر وصفاً دقيقاً، وتحديد خصائصها تحديداً كيفياً. وإعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج التحليلي في تحليل البيانات والمعلومات المحصل عليها ومن ثم تحديد النتائج المتوصل إليها، وتمثل مجتمع بحثنا عمال مؤسسة سونلغاز بمدينة الجلفة، والذي قدر 192 عاملا. أما العينة فهي مجموعة جزئية يختارها الباحث العلمي من مجتمع البحث، بحيث تعبر عنه وتحمل نفس خصائصه، وتم إختيار عينة دراستنا بطريقة عشوائية طبقية، تكونت من 70 عاملا بمؤسسة سونلغاز بمدينة الجلفة. من خلال الدراسة التي قمنا بها، توصلنا إلى أن: 1) للموارد البشرية دور في تحقيق الأهداف الإقتصادية لمؤسسة سونلغاز بولاية الجلفة. 2) تساهم الموارد البشرية في تحسين أداء مؤسسة سونلغاز بمدينة الجلفة. 3) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في إجابات أفراد المؤسسة محل الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الجنس. 4) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في إجابات أفراد المؤسسة محل الدراسة تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. 5) توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في إجابات أفراد المؤسسة محل الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية في العمل. 6) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في إجابات أفراد المؤسسة محل الدراسة تعزى لمتغير السن. 7) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في إجابات أفراد المؤسسة محل الدراسة تعزى لمتغير منصب العمل. الكلمات المفتاحية: الموارد البشرية، المؤسسة الإقتصادية. Summary of the study in English The main objective of this study is to determine the importance of human resources and their role in achieving the goals of the Sonlaga Foundation in the Gulf State. Our study is based on descriptive studies, which are aimed at detecting facts, accurately describing phenomena and characterizing them in qualitative terms. In our study, we have drawn on the analytical approach to analysing the data and information obtained and then identifying the results obtained. Our research community represents the workers of the Sunalgas Foundation in the city of Golfah, which has estimated 192 workers. The sample is a micro-group selected by the scientific researcher from the research community, expressing it and bearing the same characteristics, and our study sample was selected in a random, class-based manner, consisting of 70 workers at the Sunalgas Foundation in the city of Golfah. Through our study, we have come to the conclusion that: )1) Human resources have a role to play in achieving the economic objectives of the Sunlag Foundation in the state of Golfah. (2) Human resources contribute to the improvement of the performance of the Sonalgaz Foundation in the city of Golfah. (3) There are no statistically significant differences in the responses of the individuals of the institution in question due to the gender variable. (4) There are no statistically significant differences in the responses of the members of the institution in question due to the variable of the scientific qualification. (5) There are statistically significant differences in the responses of the individuals of the institution in question due to the variable of seniority in the work. (6) There are no statistically significant differences in the responses of the individuals of the institution in question attributable to the age variable. (7) There are no statistically significant differences in the responses of the members of the institution in question attributable to the change in the position of employment.
