Etude expérimentale des matériaux orthotropes fissurés.

Abstract

Abstract:The presentwork consists in studying experimentally an orthotropic material "wood" by testing its resistance. This study is made in a fatigue machine (MTS +/-100KN) at the laboratory of development in mechanics and materials LDMM in the Ziane Achour university of Djelfa. The first step was to create the specimens and the second is to test them. The tests were carried out by playing on a few parameters of orientation, wet state and type of wood. The obtained results are of high quality and give global ideas on the behavior of wood. Résumé:Le présent travail consiste à étudier expérimentalement un matériau orthotrope «le bois» en testant sa résistance. Cette étude est faite dans une machine de fatigue (MTS +/-100KN) au niveau du laboratoire de développement en mécanique et matériaux LDMM dans l’université Ziane Achour de Djelfa. La première étape était de créer les éprouvettes et la deuxième de les tester. Les tests ont été réalisés en jouant sur quelques paramètres d’orientation, d’état humide et de type de bois. Les résultats obtenus sont de qualité et donnent des idées globales sur le bois de point de vue comportement. ملخص: يتكون العمل الحالي من دراسة تجريبية لمادة مركبة أورتوتروبية "الخشب" عن طريق اختبار مقاومتها. أجريت هذه الدراسة في آلة إجهاد (MTS +/-100KN) على مستوى مخبر التطوير في الميكانيكا والمواد LDMMبجامعة زيان عاشور بالجلفة. كانت الخطوة الأولى هي إنشاء العينات والثانية اختبارها. تم إجراء الاختبارات من خلال اللعب على عدد قليل من معايير الاتجاه والحالة الرطبة ونوع الخشب. النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها ذات جودة عالية .بشخلاكولسنعةماعاًراكفأيطعت
