Abstract:
La detection et la localisation de defaut sont necessaires mais pas suffisantes pour assurer la surete de
fonctionnement des turbines a gaz. En effet afin d’assurer un fonctionnement en mode degrade, il faut mettre en
oeuvre une strategie de commande tolerante aux fautes. La contribution principale des travaux de cette these est
de proposer une nouvelle architecture de commande tolerante aux fautes dediee au systeme de turbine en
presence des defauts type vibratoires. Le choix est porte pour l’approche adaptative d’un systeme d’inference
neuro-flou. En effet, cette strategie permet de representer le comportement dynamique de la turbine a gaz, de
decrire et d’apprehender les differents phenomenes impliques et interagissant dans la dynamique de la turbine.
Cela, a un grand impact dans l'industriel Algerienne de transport du gaz. Une validation experimentale de
l’architecture de commande proposee ou les resultats experimentaux obtenus sont satisfaisants et illustrent
l’interet de cette technique. En outre, cette technique neuro floue a permis d’assurer des performances
acceptables en maintenant la stabilite en presence des defauts sur la turbine.
Control with fault detection in gas turbines is a major scientific challenge, caused by there complexity and variety of
problems encountered in this system type, as well as an industrial challenge given by there effective surveillance
strategy. The main contribution of this thesis work is to show how to use the adaptive approach of a neuro-fuzzy
inference system in a gas turbine control strategy with a contribution to the detection of vibrations to obtain a
model with uncertainty reliable. Indeed, this strategy makes it possible to represent the dynamic behavior of the
considered gas turbine in this work, and to describe and explain the various phenomena involved and interacting in
the dynamics of the turbine. This has a great impact in the Algerian industrial gas transportation. The obtained
experimental results are satisfactory, illustrate the advantage of the developed faults tolerant control approach
using neuro-fuzzy, and demonstrate the effectiveness and the interest of this approach while maintaining the
stability with acceptable performances in the presence of defects on the tested gas turbine.
تمثل انظمة التحكم و الكشف عن الاعطاب في توربينات الغاز تحديا علميا كبيرا بسبب التعقيدات العملية و تنوع المشاكل في هذا النوع من النظام التي لها اثر مباشر على الناتج الصناعي و الاقتصادي ، لذلك نعرض من خلال هذه الاطروحة مجموعة من الابحاث التي قمنا بها لاظهار كيفية استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي **المنطق الضبابي و الالياف العصبية ** في استراتيجية التحكم و تشخيص الاخطاء التوبينات الغاز مع المساهمة في الكشف عن الاهتزازات للحصول على نموذج موثوق به . حيث يتم استخدام هذه الاستراتيجة لتمثيل السلوك الديناميكي لتوربينات الغاز المدروسة و شرح مختلف الظواهر الديناميكية التي لها اثر كبير في نقل الغاز الصناعي وفي انتاج الطاقة . النتائج التجريبية المتحصل عليها مرضية و توضح قيمة هذه التقنية في الحفاظ على الاستقرار و الاداء المقبول في ظل وجود الاعطاب داخل توربينات الغاز التي تم فحصها.
