الخلاصة:
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين القرارات الادارية التي يتخذها الفاعلين في المؤسسةبصفة خاصة والتنظيمات بصفة عامة كإسقاط على باقي المنظمات ودورها في تفعيل استراتيجية المؤسسة من خلال القيام بدراسة ميدانية وبالاعتماد على برنامج التحليل الاحصائي spss
حيث توصلنا الى أنأبعاد القرار الإداري بصفة مجتمعة أثر على تدعيم استراتيجية المؤسسة، حيث أن ما نسبته (97.4%) من التغيرات في تدعيم استراتيجية المؤسسة محل الدراسة يتم تفسيرها من خلال أبعاد القرار الإداري مجتمعة.
