دور القرار الإداري في تدعيم استراتيجية المؤسسة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين القرارات الادارية التي يتخذها الفاعلين في المؤسسةبصفة خاصة والتنظيمات بصفة عامة كإسقاط على باقي المنظمات ودورها في تفعيل استراتيجية المؤسسة من خلال القيام بدراسة ميدانية وبالاعتماد على برنامج التحليل الاحصائي spss حيث توصلنا الى أنأبعاد القرار الإداري بصفة مجتمعة أثر على تدعيم استراتيجية المؤسسة، حيث أن ما نسبته (97.4%) من التغيرات في تدعيم استراتيجية المؤسسة محل الدراسة يتم تفسيرها من خلال أبعاد القرار الإداري مجتمعة. __________

This studyaims to learn the relationshipbetween the administrative decisionstaken by the actors in the institution in particular and the organizations in general as a projection of the rest of the organizations and theirrole in the operationalization of the organization'sstrategy by conducting a fieldstudy and relying on the statisticalanalysis programme spss Wefoundthat the dimensions of the administrative decisioncollectivelyaffected the strengthening of the organization'sstrategy, as 97.4% of the changes in the strengthening of the strategy of the institution in question are explained by the dimensions of the administrative decisioncombined.
